I love the lilacs in my garden right now.
I enjoyed this for breakfast but maybe it would fall more in the category of a dessert ; ) How you would like to enjoy this is totally up to you. If you like banana, raw cacao, coconut, the caramel and nutty tasting raw mesquite powder I think I dare to guess that you will like this. ; ) Mesquite is high in protein and contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. It also has a low Glycemic index. It goes really really well with cacao.
- four bananas (I used a bit smaller bananas)
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 tbs mesquite raw powder
- 1-2 tbs coconut oil (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a small mixer. Taste and decide if you would like to add more cacao or mesquite. Scoop up in two small bowl and let sit in your fridge for at least an hour or longer. The mousse will get a thicker and nicer consistency.

- raw cacao nibs
- roasted hazelnuts
- extra coconut cream (this I would say is almost a must to enjoy to the fullest ; )
